Practice Cancelled

Practice has been canceled today (Monday 9-10).
We will have mandatory practices Wednesday and Thursday this week (5-7pm).
A reminder: everyone must pay the $40 dues this week and pay for any shorts/socks or jerseys you want to order.

INFO ON RUGBY CAMP

Gents,
As I promised earlier, this is your reminder about our first annual summer rugby camp. Due to our season beginning early this year, it is important to get some good conditioning and skill work in early.
The schedule is as follows:
August 14-16 : 5 pm - 7 pm
August 20 & 22 : 5 pm - 7 pm
I expect everyone who is available to show up. If you cannot make it to any sessions, please contact me and let me know which dates you will not be in attendance. If you don't contact me, I'll expect that your there.
Our camp will be fairly low intensity with a decent amount of conditioning and skill work. Please bring: Rugby Cleats, Mouthguards, Running Shoes, & Rugby Shorts/Socks if you have them. Also, its going to be hot, so please, everyone bring their own water, we dont want anyone going "Godfry" on us (if you dont get that, your too young).
I'm looking forward to seeing everyone there, and another season of cracking some skulls!
